Red Mill borders the south side of Petrovitsky Road just west of 140th Ave. SE and close to the Fairwood shopping core.

Built in 1998, residents of this neighborhood are organized under a homeowners association.

Fairwood, a friendly bedroom community is a short commute to a variety of Puget Sound locations, including a 30-45 minute commute to Downtown Seattle.
